MAY 2013
DAY 2
Fargo, N.D.

Caution lights has residents of Fargo, North Dakota on wide flood alert. The Red River has flood waters rolling and drenching the residents with high waters. As the floods rage with the red, many of residents considering leaving the areas. The help for The National Guard was called in on Monday to help give assistance with directional and other duties like putting in place some sand bags. Residents are expecting that the sand bags will help, but are some skeptical heavy flood waters from the river will only succumb them. Floods are not new to Fargo residents of 105,000 because it is their fourth flood in recent years. Heavy snows melting along with seasonal heavy rains has called the caution light to be on that much more often. The Red River crust is holding at 33 feet currently according to local and national news reports. All residents are waiting, and possible getting their caution mode to leave in case the situation worsens.
