Rainy, sleet, snow. Tornadoes! Stormy weather clobbered the United States mid-section leaving trees, houses, power outages all stormed down. In St. Louis the storm took two lives . The heavy rain storm also wet up Mississippi with soggy downpours. Mangled homes were victims of the storm as winds blew off roof tops and twisted a stormy song. At least 2,300 homes and businesses were left in the dark in Mississippi. In South Dakota a sleet, snow storm caused traffic madness and poor visual to local traffic as crew worked skillfully to clear interstate and roads. Wisconsin had winds and rain with at least 30,000 power outages, and parts of Minnesota got a foot of snow. The stormy weather brought many a blues song.
