According to a recent survey from the University of Cape Town suggests that one in three women in South Africa bleaches her skin. The survey stated that most who bleached their skin varied among the cultures, but most said they wanted to have lighter complexions. Dr. Lester noted that there has be an significant increase in the use and demand of skin bleaching products in the last 6 years. In many parts of Africa and Asia many believe that lighter toned skin among women is more beautiful. This is considered prevelant that white skin tones are better accepted in their culture and society.
Since uses of skin lighters are popular in Africa many side effects may include blood cancers such luekemia, cancers associated with liver and kidney and skin conditons known as ochronosis. However, many continue to use creams and potions to lighten their skin tones. Basically many feel better accepted and are said to have more confidence in lighter tones than dark-skinned tones. University of Cape Town Professor, Dr. David Lester stated that people needed to be educated about using skin lighters and its dangers. The World Health Organization issued a report in June 2012 that Nigerians are considered the highest rate of nations proned to using complextion creams at a rate of 77% With Togo at 59% and South Africa 35%. Psycologists indicate there are underlying reasons why people bleach their skin, but low self esteem and self-hate are ones used as crediable reasoning to bleach and are a common thread.

You do not pay attention to the things that I say! You are reporting on Black South African women that are not proud of being Black South African women and you seem to be comparing Black American women to Black South African women. I’ve told you all dummies so many times that all Black people are not the same people. Just like all black birds are not the same birds. Ravens and Crows are black birds, but they are not the same birds am I right. And, what you dummies do is lump all Black people around the globe as one people and that is not so.
I know that I am right because Black American women today have weathered this same psychological problem the Black South African women are going through today about 50 years ago. You don’t find Black American women today for the most part bleaching their skin like you did 50 years ago am I right.
All 41 million of us Black Americans are dummies because we do not reason in a straight line. And, our greatest handicap is that we think we are very intelligent and we are not intelligent people yet, and when we face ourselves and realize that we are not intelligent will be the beginning of us acquiring and putting together knowledge, wisdom and understanding to see and understand reality as it is. Likewise, for an alcoholic to honestly put himself on the road to recovery he/she must first come to see and understand that they are an alcoholic, am I right.
In conclusion, Black South African women are not the same as Black American women, okay. So, your report is not applicable to Black American women! In the future please report on things that are relevant to us Black Americans. You all need to stop being stupid and ignorant.

I am not telling you how to write your blogs. What I am doing is telling you that you are wrong about this blog you just posted.
I know as a fact that bleaching cream today are not used by Black American women as it was being used just 50 years ago, period!
Of course, you are comparing Black South African women to Black American women subliminally speaking and you don’t even realize it. Physiologically your mind know that Black American women use to use bleaching cream in abundance that Ebony magazine, Jet and most racial activist use to get on Black American women using bleaching creams all the time during the Dr. King and the James Brown era. Young Black American women do not use bleaching products.
So, you are comparing the two racially different women because you thought it to be important to post such an ignorant and out dated blog for Black American women.
Again, please post things that are relevant to us Black American people, okay. And, the only two things that are relevant to Black Americans right now is getting our own understand of God and our faith correct and our desire to be a sovereign nation. Like Moses I don’t want our children to go through what we are going through today. I don’t want our children to be dumb and ignorant as we are today. Do you understand?
The sooner we all get on the same track means that we are closer to become an intelligent people ready to become a nation for the first time in our existence of 500 years.
Nothing that I have ever said is bad for Black Americans who are my people as the Children of Israel were Moses people.

You have yet to mentally process that the Africans that were on those slave ships were turned into a new race of people with the help of White America’s sperms over a period of 300 years. Do you remember the breeding process I’ve explained countless of times well what do you make of it? Can you addition an ingredient to something and not expect that something not to change? Just add water to milk and see how the water has changed the milk.
What do you think this breeding process did? Or, do you think that we are still African people? Do you think that Black Americans today are just as much Africans as the African that walked off those slave ships in Jamestown, Virginia 500 years ago? Then you are absolutely stupid.
Black Americans are not from Africa. Black Americans are from this continent of North America.
Presently, we Black Americans are not a thinking people. We do think in a straight line. We think in a crooked line.

LOL! @ David all is meant well by the news blog! Hopefully it is read like it is intended despite some intrepretations relating to other issues not truly realated. It's an awareness to know BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL.
Harry's last 4 blogs have had no comments from anyone, lol! He needs some kind of platform, his don't work so he comes here to try and change your blog into his blog. Harry is simple and transparent and most of all, as you so politely put it, silly. One could also say he is special (i.e. 68 IQ).
I think from your reply you understood what I was saying and that is all Black people are not the same the same people. A Black South African woman is not the same as a Black American woman.
I also said that your blog is moot to Black Americans. Black Americans have past through that era of bleaching creams.
You need to post things that are relevant and up to date that concerns Black Americans. The only two things that are relevant to us Black Americans today is our belief in God and our absolute sovereign freedom that we as a people can live and progress together.
Presently we are one people, but we have different beliefs in God given to us by other people. In addition, we think so irrational that we don’t want to have our own country, which marks us as an ignorant and stupid. Real Estate is the greatest earthly wealth a people can have and now that God is giving us our own country we don’t want it. We are extremely stupid people.

During post-natal brain development, failure to gain control of a psychosocial behavioral process during its critical period creates a developmental failure, often called a developmental arrest or fixation. As a result, the individual becomes permanently unable to control the psychosocial process or operation in question. These terms further imply that subsequent developmental steps dependent upon the step that was failed cannot properly proceed. The person's subsequent attempts to compensate for this disability become habitual long-term defensive coping mechanisms. These become personal sticking points in life, and are the source of negative personality traits. By keeping the individual out of alignment with the universe, they literally block him or her from the natural flows of love, abundance, health, and joy that are available to all.
There are a surprisingly large number of these life-long compensations. Most of these originate from the survival repertoire carried by the brain core system-Id, the unconscious source of all this efforting. Thus, it is said that "what we get in life is what we wanted" in spite of one's conscious left hemispheric goals which may be quite the opposite. This further reinforces the view that left hemispheric consciousness is a relatively powerless source of behavioral control. Because we unknowingly, but loudly broadcast and display our defenses for all to see and respond, the often negative reactions this creates in others powerfully shapes our experience of life. Thus, we actually end up being the cause of essentially everything that happens to us. Furthermore, we try to avoid being out of control so hard that our own defenses end up creating the very things we are resisting the most, thus the old saying, "He who lives by the sword, shall die by the sword."
Critical period developmental arrests are the source of the following negative personality traits derived from the hexadyad primary emotions: uncertainty, anxiousness, resentfulness, moroseness-apathy, unsatisfyability-greed, and negativity. Further so‑called "life script" decisions often result, including, I'm not OK!, You are not OK!, or "I need help!". A large set of face-saving or otherwise defensive compensations then evolve to minimize additional failure. These originate from the brain core system and include, domination of others, winning at all costs, insistence on being right, excessive possessiveness, incessantly trying to change things, survival acts, certain stress disorders, and the activation of the developmental arrest repair program (DARP). The classical "ego defenses" are brain core-driven, limbic compensations for failure in the control of a process. These include, acting out, compensation, denial, displacement, fantasy, identification, infatuation, intellectualization, introjection, isolation, projection, rationalization, reaction formation, regression, repression, sublimation, and undoing. In addition, illusions and delusions are brain core-driven, right hemisphere system inner visual reality compensations supporting the ego defenses. Production of guilt by the conscience is the cerebellar Source's response to all these dishonest antisocial brain core-driven compensations resulting from the failure to gain control of a process.
Reasons for failure to control include, choosing inappropriate premature goals, lack of earlier developmental foundations, thwarting by others, failure of control due to lack of opportunity, and the activation of one's survival act or of one's DARP. The consequences of failure to control include, the production of upset and negative emotions, and the production of excessive resistance to being controlled by others.
It is possible to gain self-control in spite of developmental arrests. Knowledge of the ancient origin, existence, and function of each of these defenses for lack of control, gives the opportunity to step back from their compulsive, inappropriate expression in society. It also gives the opportunity to use one's Source as a guide to create useful, intentional responses based upon its revealed personal plan for one's future. By working backwards from this inspiration, one can begin to install the steps for its successful accomplishment in one's life.
