3 million civilians of France is estimated to be without jobs or; are not gainfuly employed. This latest breaking number has toppled France's struggling economy which has heavy burdens on it's government and the survival of day to day living with little hope. According to the latest labor ministry figures experts tell that this number hasn't been as great since 1999. Jobless rates rose in August by 23.900 to 3.011 million. Labor Minister Michel Sapin was reported as saying "It's bad. It's clearly bad." The millions unemployed points blame on the previous regime of Nicolas Sarkozy and the failure of economic and soical policies during the last few years. Financial analysts warned that the uemployment situtation could become even worse. Economists point out the problem is unemployment is structural and not conjunctural. Economists claim in order to keep unemployment stabe the economy will need to grow at 1%. Much again this has evelated the problem with the Eurozone crisis. Presently for three quarters the French economy has shown zero growth, but high yield in it's nation becoming desolate in employment and also without jobs and growing with less security of economic growth.
