We just want our President to Win this election. His Job is not done. (4749 hits)

Did you watch the Democratic National Convention? It was time well spent. Last night reminded me why our President and VP won the 2008 election. They are the American Dream. You can see through to their core. They are solid men who care about seeing our country progress.

America is supposed to be a land of opportunity, and advancement. It is not supposed to be a country that goes backwards or takes away opportunities. When people feel like you care about them, they are willing to be quiet to listen to what you have to say. I listen to our President because I feel like he cares and truly wants the best for me and the citizens of America.

Remember, it takes time to fix problems. The President is our leader, the country's representative. He is not the man who fixes every issue alone, it takes a team to make things work. If we say our President didn't do something right, be sure to ask yourself what did you do to try and help him? We are all in this together. This is our country, our problems, our successes. So let's work together to keep our country moving forward to become better for every citizen.

We salute you Mr. President and all the speakers who were on stage because you all know how to connect with the people.

Exactly right! thank you!

One of the main problems is massive misinformation about his policies and accomplishments. That is why I've been striving to share FACTCHECK blogs to set the record straight.

I think it's great the President's speech is posted on the website!

It amazes me that even before President Obama took the oath of office our economy was near collapse, and even with his record of firsts from ObamaCare to education reform to Bin Laden to Afghanistan, that a main part of the Republican platform is that he hasn't kept his promises.

The job problem in particular wasn't created in one term and it is an unfair expectation to think it will be smooth sailing four years after the second worse economic crisis in history.

Rebuilding takes time. I'm all for President's plan to rebuild from the ground up. I'm on board, "We just want our President to win this election. His job is not done." Thank you for supporting the current administration HBCUConnect!
