Fewer blacks, Hispanics get new heart device (682 hits)

(Reuters Health) - Blacks and Hispanics with chronic heart failure are less likely than whites to be treated with a specialized pacemaker that prolongs survival and eases symptoms, U.S. researchers said Tuesday.
