Tone Up in 10 Minutes at Home (468 hits)


Think you don't have time for weight training? Well, I have the perfect solution. By dedicating just 10 minutes every day to working 1 major muscle group you can increase your muscular strength and endurance, tone up, and keep your metabolism in check. All you'll need is a set of dumbbells and a bench or an exercise ball. The actual workout involves performing 3 sets of 3 different exercises (one after the other) for each muscle group in accordance with the following schedule:

Day 1: Chest
Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Fly
Push-Up or Modified Push-Up
