Quick Health Tip: Choose your breakfast wisely.
Here's a healthy, quick breakfast preparation that can be consumed every morning and it is guaranteed to keep you satiated until lunch time:
-3/4 cup of plain oatmeal prepared with 12 oz. of water
-1/2 Fuji apple (chopped or sliced)
-1/4 cup of Raisins
-1 tbsp. of cinnamon
Boil (or microwave) water and pour it over oatmeal. Add cinnamon, apples, and raisins. Mix and enjoy. Approximately 350 calories.
IF YOU MUST: Add just 1 tsp. of brown sugar (+16 calories).
