Whatever it is you are struggling with in your life RIGHT NOW~ Believe me RIGHT NOW is the TIME to Take Back Your Life! Let’s face it everybody falls off the track several times throughout their journey. No matter what journey you are taking whether it is to lose weight, grow spiritually, mature, get the job you have always wanted~ Sometimes we get derailed. I mean really; no one can ever say they have stayed on course their whole lives. There is an eternal clock inside of all of us that seems to just stop working. When that happens we find ourselves struggling to get back on the road to success. No matter what your goal is ~ it is important that you take the time to realize that it’s okay to fall down but just don’t stay down.
WHY DO WE GET OFF TRACK
This is an excellent question to ask yourself RIGHT NOW! It is important that you understand what causes you to get off track even when your heart is set on achieving your goal. There are many factors that can play into that program that keeps playing in your head. One thing I have learned that if your mind is not in agreement your heart will not be in unity with success. In life; as we all know there are people, situations and trials that come our way in which we are never really prepared for in our journey. Although this comes we have to take these circumstances and analyze our reaction to them as they enter our lives. Many times we look at these obstacles as excuses to close the door to our own success. That why it is important that YOU take time to track what is happening at particular times in your life that cause you to get off the wagon. Everyone has the potential to achieve their goals in life; but we must first master the obstacles that I will term “wilderness experiences” meaning they seem to happen all of the time. No matter what you do the same situation arises and throws you off the road to success in achieving your goals. Well it is time RIGHT NOW! For you to step back and discover what those issues are in your life. In fact; I have learned that for me personally negative words affect my ability to function throughout my day. It will detour me from obtaining and tackling the goals in which I have set off for the day. Solution: I have learned to not only solve the problem of people who desire to speak negative words in my life by removing them or just plain ignoring them. In some cases I have learned to take those words as challenges to stimulate the GO GET IT ATTITUDE! For some it may be a failing marriage, a unsatisfactory job, boredom, or disappointment. Whatever the issue YOU must dig down deep within yourself and ask this important question~ What Am I going to Do ABOUT IT! Believe me there is a solution to every problem in life. But you have to make a decision to turn those obstacles into MEDALS of ACHIEVEMENT! This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY! To reach YOUR GOALS in Life. You have the ability to achieve them. You are What You Think!
ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
Once you have discovered the issues that constantly throw you into a tailspin it is time to plan~ yes plan. Take a moment to think on this~ Have you ever know anyone to succeed without a plan? This is essential. The plan should include a prevention section that will help you to avoid situations, issues and possible meltdowns that will take you off the course of reaching your goals. The next thing is to throw out the Blame Board Game. Yep! That’s right ~ The blame board game only provides more excuses for you NOT to achieve your goal. Just because someone or something continues to affect your life doesn’t mean that you have to walk in the mess they are putting in your spirit, soul, and mind. It is up to you to discard the messages you are receiving that are not in alignment with your goals. Here are some examples; it’s my spouse I just can’t stay on track because they discourage me. I have an injury that keeps me from losing weight! My time has passed! I tried it but it didn’t work. Sometimes you must fail 999 times in order to achieve success. But those 999 are medals of honor in which reflect your ability to overcome discouragement, trials, failure and disappointment. RIGHT NOW! Is your season if you allow it. There is no time like the present to begin walking it out ~ Not working but walking it out. It’s like when you get one of those bad cramps in the back of your leg; the first thing we do is jump up and walk it out. That what we need to do when issues, excuses and obstacles come our way. So get on the track and WALK IT OUT! It is YOUR SEASON! RIGHT NOW!
PRESS THE RESET BUTTON
Whenever we get off track we need to learn how to push RESET. Whenever something isn’t working the first question a technician will ask you to do prior to them coming to fix the problem; “Press the RESET Button” That got me thinking about life in general. Spirit Alive Network is the transformation station in that I had to ask myself this question “How Do I Help them Transform Their Lives?” We simply give them tools that help others to PRESS THE RESET BUTTON in their lives. No matter how far you have strayed away from your goal; you can always hit the reset button. Here are some examples of pressing that RESET in your life in order to help you get motivated to get back on track.
For weight loss: Detoxying or Fasting to Cleanse your body usually a 24-48 hour fast or detox can help you get back on track.
Spiritual Growth: Commit to a day of prayer or possibly a 24-48 hour fasting and praying. The goal is to cleanse yourself from bad spiritual habits and reconnect with your Lord. Fasting and praying will take your mind away from the flesh and into the spirit. During your fasting and praying be sure to read and study your WORD, BE STILL and LISTEN! As the Holy Spirit guides you through the process of reconnecting with the Lord.
For Business Success: Re-Evaluate! Whatever didn’t work throw it out and start a new plan that aligns with your goals. RESET and adapt to what is happening in your field of business.
These are just some examples of things you can do to achieve your goals in life. It doesn’t matter how many times you have to hit the RESET button! Just do it until you GET IT RIGHT!
COMMIT TO BE FIT!
Over the past few weeks on ARISE! For Life we have been discussing what it truly means to FIT! By breaking down the word FIT we have come to a deeper understanding of what that looks like for our lives. To be FIT means to be in AGREEMENT , ONE ACCORD, UNIFIED and ADAPTING to that in our lives. To be FIT we must COMMIT to TRANSFORMATION! Achievement are accomplished when we are committed to making a change. It doesn’t matter if your an addict, spiritually dwarfed, overweight~ what does matter is that you DECIDE TODAY! That YOU WILL Commit to the changes in your life. Commit to listing the benefits of achieving your goals, Commit to taking ACTION! Commit to FOLLOW THROUGH on the goals YOU have set out to achieve in your life. Commit is the core that will make you or break you. There can be no accomplishments without commitment.
BE CONSCIOUS!
I have found that millions of people are not conscious in their lives. We live to DENY! Most of us are not even conscious at our jobs, homes, community or churches. Therefore; we are not consciously engaging in life. The obesity you are feeling in your life is due to a lack of consciousness. So you want to know exactly what that means… Have you found yourself just going through the process and routines of your day. Every morning you awaken to the same routine. In fact’ most of the time you don’t even know you are doing it.. It’s just routine. That’s why pain before pleasure is so beneficial. Pain has the ability to awaken you to consciousness. Sometimes God will allow certain things to happen in your life in order to bring you back into consciousness. Have you ever been at a table listening to a conversation and yet you don’t know what was really discussed at all? YEP! Lack of consciousness. In order for YOU to achieve success you must be conscious of the efforts, actions, opportunities and process it will take for you to achieve success. EMBRACE! What is happening around you. STOP for a moment and listen for the wind as it blows through the trees, STOP and listen to the sound of your children playing in the other room. STOP for a moment and LOOK around at what GOD has given you LIFE! And LIFE more ABUNDANTLY! Be aware of what needs to be done. Make changes in your daily schedule. For example: take a different route to work or ask a friend to pick you up instead of driving. Take a lunch instead of going out for lunch. Serve dinner on the porch it doesn’t matter if it’s an apartment go to the pool area and serve dinner. Instead of making dinner in your sweats get dressed up! Little things can bring you back to consciousness and bring happiness and joy back into your life. Most of us cannot achieve our goals because we are STUCK in the boredom of routine. We cannot see outside of ourselves because we are focused on the check off list. Sometimes we just need to change the flow in order to get motivated for success.
BE PREPARED! FOR FEAR AND FAILURE
This element is key to your success. Life is unpredictable~ things happen! But if you are prepared for the fear and failure to set in on occasion; you will be able to jump BACK ON TRACK more easily. There is nothing wrong with fear and failure unless it paralyzes you from MOVING! Fear and failure comes with pain which can challenge you to GET BACK ON TRACK! Sometimes it just means we need to RESET! RE-EVALUATE! RE-COMMIT! Whatever comes your way be prepared for the same people to attempt to discourage you, be prepared for the negative words, be prepared for the storm that blindsides you. Be prepared to HANDLE IT! If you have a plan to HANDLE the situations, issues and obstacles that may FORM! Then you will be able to PROSPER.. Situations, trials, and obstacles will come but if you are READY to HANDLE IT! Then you will be able to OVERCOME! By taking the challenge and see it as an opportunity to build upon your GOALS for SUCCESS.
GET HITCHED!
This is essential. Find someone who is willing to WALK IT OUT with you. To help you STAND in the MIDST of the storm. Someone who is traveling in your direction. Together you can WALK IT OUT! Literally! The best time to plan, prepare, get motivated and reset is when you are WALKING IT OUT. The oxygen clears the brain, resets, revives and renews the blood cells that boost energy, uplifts your mood and makes a path that is clear for TAKE OFF!
In conclusion; Be Encouraged! Be Transformed and GET BACK ON TRACK!
