There is possibly among the human race none whom at one time or another haven’t experienced some emotion of happiness. How does one find happiness with meditation? In most situations of happiness one will either be subject to find a joyful experience usually caused by good humor, actions of positive living and seeking the Lord to bring you happiness of heart over your entire life. Using your own view and perception of God’s creations, spiritual encounters and testimonies are among many glories the Creator offer to deliver you happiness everyday. Happiness can come from overcoming a trial, celebration of a event, love and making choices that brought forth a good work which prospered a reward. Happiness of heart generate from God. These are spiritually enrichments and the kind of happiness that are long lasting.
To meditate for happiness has you partake in feelings or emotions of good things happening to you, or either also for others. Having happiness in the deepest purest love the Lord will fill inside you. Have the thanksgiving of receiving happiness, freedom of God’s peace to cover over your moods and not being afraid of any negative circumstances to deter away the joy only you can receive from pleasures of God in your heart. Your meditation should be happiness of worship, serving, giving, and receiving. There is so much more to experience in a spiritual happiness only God brings to you to enjoy and rejoice! Your relationship with the Lord will reflect His glory and light within you.
“He that keepeth the law, happy is he.” [Proverbs: 14:21]
“Whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.” [Proverbs: 16:20]
“But and if ye suffer for righteousness sake happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled. [1 Peter: 3:14]
Be blessed peacemakers of God. Showing and displaying the happiness He makes with you as your mind, heart, body, and spirit enhances the meditation to edify God and your life.
“Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O’ Lord my strength and my redeemer. [Psalm: 19:14]
