MEDITATE SUNDAY: SPIRITUAL MEDITATION FOR MEN (861 hits)

Blessings to all:

Somehow most often men may have a perception that meditation is solely done by women. Often, they devise that it's not a manly thing and is considered a weakness to partake in any king of meditation unto God. However, this is merely a world's view of what makes a man tough. Spiritual meditation can be developed in men as a stronger and even more useful tool in his everyday life. In fact, meditation strengthens the whole man with God. In attaining mediation men can open up sheltered doors of love, kindness, faith and praise. There are others facets of the male that can also develop in meditation upon God's word. They include, knowledge, understanding, prayer, guidance and self-awareness. These principles are enhanced with just time taken in meditation on a hourly or; even beginning with a weekly basis.

Truth is men have not been introduced to meditation as much as women, and usually they skip over allowing God's work through their mind, body and thoughts for daily living. Potentially there is a binding and building relationship for men who act in spiritual meditation. You admit firstly, that you are God's vessel and that he is the spirit of your total life's fulfillment. Once men have did away with the hesitancy of doing meditation, soon the more they will find the worthinessness of keeping God in their entire actions of life. Word meditation is a great and continual practice. The spirit of meditation will be more rewarding and clearer understanding of any situations can truly be handle by a man of God.

"A good man out of the good treasure of his heart
brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the
evil treasure bringeth forth evil things."
[Matthew: 12:35]

"His heart is established he shall not be afraid."
[Psalm: 106:8]

"Blessed is the man who walked not in the council
of the ungodly; nor standeth in the way of sinners
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the law of the Lord
and in his law doth he meditate day and night."
[Psalm: 1: 1-3]

Importantly so; men should take heart of meditation because it is his delight to love God's laws for himself. Skipping this important relationship endangers men greatly to tarry and cling to uncleaness and the natures of sins. Therefore, less meditation broadens your close association with your creator.

Let the words of my mouth, the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight O'Lord my strength and my redeemer.
[Psalm: 19:14]
