but the single mother MUST develop a way of LIFE -- that allows her to be MARRIED---
hey she may have made a bad choice of father for her child, BUT, CHANGE can be made and it is her #1 Priority to develop FAMILY, in my opinion...........
a Family is a Mother and Father --- the best 'survival', as you say, worldWIDE statistic is that the Children of MARRIED are MORE successful in their lives and become better Citizens in America.
