Having largely left behind manual documentation, nurses now confront a daily patient-related data deluge thanks to the proliferation of mobile devices and clinical decision support tools.

IT IS LIKE THEY HAVE COME UP OUT OF NO WHERE, YOU ARE SITTING IN YOUR CHAIR AND HE IS BUSY WITH HI8S COMPUTER. iT MAKES ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND WHAT IS TIS ALL OF A SUDDEN ON EACH VISIT BRING ALL OF YOUR MEDS...i WOULD NOT MIND IF I DIDN'T HAVE A SMALL PHARMACY TO BE LUGGING AROUND...AND THIS STATE IS NO PLACE TO BE WALING OUT IN PUBLIC WITH PILLS ON YOU.
