It's no longer just a Rodney King slogan, 'can we all just get along.' African Americans really can not get along. Not removed far from our past, it seems that we can not come together for the betterment of blk skin. We know that we are faced with high volumes of sin and shame, yet we keep the opposition and critics on point when we act foolishly aginst one another. It's time out for blamming the white man for our demise; and behold ourselves in the mirror. Don't get me wrong, I see clearly the injustices of our times and the hand that delivers it, but our own merit system fails us time and again. There's a huge lack and disconnect in OUR communities which begs the question -'Why cant we get along?'
