Health and Wellness is a subject of discussion all around us because of health issues,desire to have more energy, be alert, lose weight, etc. I too have health issues, one is high blood pressure. Over the last year, my blood pressure was hard to regulate with medication, so three months ago, I started taking the "Healthy Start Pack" and my blood pressure is now under control.
