Winter is finally here and you'll be spending much more time in doors and trying to stay warm after a long day! Words to keep you wise.
1. Start your Weight and Health Maintenance NOW. Don't wait for that first "Break of Spring" and purchase that Gym Membership you will use for the first months payment...LOL. (*Been there done that too).
2. Take it slow, easy and pace yourself so when it does arrive....You only have to TONE.
3. Fussing at our Clothing and Shoes that have turned AGAINST US....LOL choosing no longer to fit. ...Won't Fuss back.....Let get them before they get us.
