And, thanks so much for your posting this as it is so needed...I still remember Oprah's program on children being stolen by child (he rprogram's child snatchers and she had warned the parents even aHEAD OF TIME WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN)molestors with the parents actually right there watching their children in their safe neighborhood play grounds...thes people are smart and so able to read people's weakness/ trusting natures. Yes we do need to be educated because they keep coming u with brand new ones once parents and caregivers and the law learn about them. (smile)
