For most of our lives and their lives (men & women of the bible), the days are marked by sheer obedience, persistence, endurance and struggle. Most days are not ones of either glowing success or devastating failure.
The point is this: achieving success does not mean that you are going to live on the top of the mountain with a big grin on your face and a blue ribbon attached to your lapel every moment of every day of your life. High points my come. They may be frequent at times and virtually nonexistent at other times.
Success is not based on how you feel or on the uplifting moments when you receive rewards, recognition, or overwhelmingly positive responses from others. Success is to be found in the way you live day in and day out. It is to be found as you pursue what God calls you to be and to do. Success is not the end of process. Success is how we undertake the process called life. God's Word is our guidebook for the journey!
Thanks for this very encouraging blog of exhaltation and I find it to be very true for my journey. Following the God's Words brings the only true measurable Success that realy counts at least that's what I believe. Thanks again for the blog!
