Have you ever thought about leaving our profession? I have. In my essay titled,"My Journey Continues, I wrote: I am fifty years old. Sharing new life remains magical, but I am tired. I stay on night shift by choice. Each night, driving to work, I silently affirm, There is energy and healing in my hands.
