At the beginning of this year the Lord spoke a word to me that has shaped my entire year. Two of my favorite scriptures can be found in Jeremiah.
11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
4And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it. Jeremiah 18:4
The latter is connected to the Word I received. Even though the clay was in the hand of the one who could mold and shape it, there was still a problem with the clay. So taking the same thing; the thing that had a flaw, the thing that was not doing what it was suppose to do in the hand of the potter, the thing that was not turning it out as planned, he made it into something else.
God said in my spirit..."I will do it again!" In spite of your flaw, in spite of things not turning out as planned....I will take you and make you again another!
Maybe things aren't going like you had thought...Maybe you heard the WORD that was spoken over your life and yet the materialization has not happened. Maybe you took a wrong turn and find it difficult to come back. The Lord is not finished with you. Because He knows the thoughts He thinks toward you...you have an expected end! There are moments and events the Lord has planned for you that you have not reached yet! In the midst of the turning, molding, shaping and fire, He is determined that you will get to the end HE HAS PLANNED and WHATEVER HE HAS TO DO TO GET YOU THERE...HE WILL DO!!! So pull your dreams back out and dust them off. Look in the drawer of unfinished task, Put your tough skin back on and let's do this!
Until the Lord says to stop, we at the Rhema Full Gospel Fellowship will be paying a visit to those persons in the Word, that God had to take and make another! We are located at:
I take it for granted that you are sincere and you mean well. However, as sincere as you are is not enough if you're thinking crookedly. Your thinking must be in a straight line. For instance, Jeremiah was a Jewish man and God raised him up to resolve the problem of his Jewish people in his day and time. This means that Jeremiah has nothing to do with you since Jeremiah is a different race from you. All of God prophets match the race of their people whom God sent them to help. God did not send Jeremiah to help you. In short, what I am saying is that your prophet must match your race. Since you are a Black American woman your prophet must be a Black American as well.
Your prophet is already present. Our only permanent solution is the same in essence as the solution that God implemented through Moses for the children of Israel.
Thanks Sister Bradley for sharing this really wonderful personal Word with me. I think its so refreshing to have God speak to our hearts when we need it most!
