This is a topic that could be argued on forever. I would just like to share my thoughts. My husband is my head. God is his head. If my husband isn't following God then who is my head? I would say God is. I have to go to the Lord now. I cannot follow someone blindly if my eyes have been opened and I encourage other women not to. The bible says we are to work out our own soul salvation with fear and trembling. You know you get so many men who want a submissive wife and so they should but they don't want to submit themselves to the Lord and be taught how to be a husband by God. That is the proper order. If you spiritually remove yourself from this divine set up God is who I am looking toward. That is all I have to say about that. Let us pray that the rebellion in the hearts of many men be removed so the Lord can plant a seed in good fertile ground.
I believe in what your blog has indicated, but there is a bigger issue in the Body of Christ with the leadership encouraging women not to listen to their husbands and to listen to them as if they are all the women's husbands in the church. I wonder who will address this spirit of Ahab and Jezebel in the church leadership? No one because many leaders have foolishly brainwashed the women into thinking that to speak out against the church authority is witchcraft when in fact teachings that cause wives to disobey their husbands is the Real Witch Craft. A man might not adhere to all the teachings of a paticular church or pastor, but that doesn't make him any less the head of his house.

Totally in agreement with you. We have to rightly divide the Word of God. I study the Word so I won't follow man's doctrines.
