YES VERY GOOD IF I CATCH MY CHIDREN WITH A MASK ON I'D SHOOT MYSELF we are not into this ,,instead my kids stay home and do candy apples and cup cakes ! i dont allow then to drink soda ,engeny drinks or kool aid a v water every now n then ,,,water !
