Cajun Shrimp Sauce For Your Shrimp On " The Barbie"!!!!! (499 hits)

It takes a nice Dijon or creole mustard to give this shrimp sauce the right tanf. Most grocery stores now carry Dijon nustards.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon white vinegar- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard- 1.1/2 teaspoons instant minced onion- 2 tablespoons minced celery- 4 teaspons horse-radish sauce- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper-- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper- 2/3 cup olive or salad oil- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Blend vinegar, mustard, onion.celery,horse-radish, and parsley flakes. Beat in a little oil at a time, using all the oll add salt, powder, red pepper, and black pepper. Serve as a sauce over Shrimp, Crab Meat, or " Lobster."
