There has got to be more to this story then meets the eye. I can't understand why a man with such high standing would fondle himself in public. More than one person should have witness the incident if it was at a meeting.

It is embarrassing to me as a school administrator to even hear about this...he needs his ass whipped!
please don't assume tht this man was fondling himself , you all know that all men adjust themselves without thinking and they have always done this. I think it is just another attack which we have just seen the beginings of . think ppeople
