My Beloved Aunt Helen Garcia has passed away after a brief illness. Her remains will be cremated however there will be a Memorial Service at the Salvation Army Jamaica Citadel Corp on Tuesday, June 8th at 11:00am. Jamaica Citadel is located on 161st. St. & Jamaica Avenue.
Helen Palmer Garcia was 89 years old at the time of her death. She was my father's eldest sister. All her siblings including my Dad have preceded her in death. My Mom and her sisters also have passed away some time ago. Now it's just me and my brother Stephen.

The last of the Greatest Generation those born in the 1920s and 1930s is gone.
