This is the message I sent to my friends yesterday -- Today is February 1, 2010 -- that means that we are officially at the beginning of Black History Month. Our people have contributed deeply and completely to the United States of America. I CELEBRATE BLACK HISTORY EVERY SINGLE DAY! There are many facets of our daily lives that Black People have invented and those things are all around us. For instance: Automatic Signal Lights on our streets, Shoe Lasting Machine for cobblery, Filaments in Light Bulbs, and George Washington Carver invented plastics -- used today in building cars. There are many more inventions, but you understand where I am going with this message. Peace to everyone. Have a Blessed Week and an Informative Black History Month.
