New York Times' Media Decoder blog is reporting that CNN anchor Lou Dobbs -- who has been the target of furious protests over his immigration coverage -- is leaving CNN. Times reporter Brian Stelter tweeted on Wednesday evening, "NYT learns that Lou Dobbs' resignation is effective immediately; tonight’s program will be his last on CNN." Another message sent shortly afterwards: "A Fox spokesperson tells the NYT, 'We have not had any discussions with Lou Dobbs for Fox News or Fox Business.'" Story developing, video coming soon.
Lou Dobbs is not a fan of Obama whom is a Black President. His weariness with Obama can't be supported by any extreme ideal or principal. Lou simply just doesn't like a Black President and has been downing Obama even long after Hillary whom he supported endorsed Obama. Recently Lou has given support to the Birthers a group of angry racist whites whom insist Obama's birth certificate if a fake and that he wasn't born in the U.S. But Hawaii whom is short on space can't have warehouses of files like most states so they went digital and Obama's paper was destroyed along with every other Hawaii born prior. Now the Birth Certificates are kept on computer file. This is the premise they are using to say he can't produce a birth certificate therefore he wasn't born here. Lou has been in support it seems of anything that will can Obama. CNN is a Democratic news station you can't and won't expect them to tolerate Lou when powerful Democrats have called in saying Lou's racism is out of line and his termination should have come long ago! Good riddens. Lol.
He belongs at Fox Crews.

I don't know whether Dobbs is a racist, but some of the things he has said in the past can 'sound' a little predjudiced against non American people or Immigrants to the States or 'Illegal Aliens' as he calls them. The proper term is Undocumented--- Many of these people pay taxes for which they will never claim during tax season. The IRS knows this because of the tax payer money that goes unclaimed on a yearly basis.

I second that motion Sister Irma. I hope that minorities in this country will focus on issues that we can come together on in order to change things for our benefit. Why should we continue to allow the wealthy in this country to keep us divided so that they are the ones who continue to benefit off our ignorance?
Thanks Jen, as this idea just came to me and here you are having a post that I can share this . I was thinking about how pur president can only cast his one vote in the state he is regustered in...how many of his votes was used to get those in our Congress to stop upseting us, because they are not obeying my vote as they had gotten my one vote to go there and do exactly what they told me so they could get my vote.(smile)
My voting against them the next time may not get them out of Congress, but I take comfort in I did act like it is my government along with me.LOL

Also in defense of Lou Dobbs last best selling book that he sent me for reading one of my emails is a wonderful open and rare look into how our government is able to work so easily against the interest of those who vote for them because our government has been bought and paid for and here is what we can do to correct this...
While at the same time so many of us have been so busy complaing and pointing fingers at Dobbs until we know nothing about the years of hard and dedicated work it took to get this kind of CHANGE in our cable news network.
This is just like our government (that our president has asked our help to C-H-A-N-G-E it yet it still exist to be able to over rule this assault on morality and more concern, needs to be paid super big bucks ...on how we allow things like people like Dobbs to continue spread to over rule our spiritual, religious and selfs respect, because things like this can not be coming in to our homes with our our permission.(smile)

OH and Derek the only way that someone will be able to even make the claim like this is "unaware" the blacks like me watch Fox cable news faithfully/and still not be educated in their teachings.LOL...
how can one get such real fact to show a year after year pateren of this kinds of behavior to the FCC or the sponsors if they do keep records of what i s going on...there are still people like you who use only what they see fit...we in the Black community must work harder to just get heard, much less even try to PROVE it over racism.(smile)

Jen, the way I look at the:illegal aliens issue is as long as they help keep the price of a head of lettuce from costing $8- $12 a head, it does not bother me. so far they have not invented a machine that can do the work they do nor have they been able to talk enough AMERICANS into working for next to slavey salary. Plus 'Share Cropers' are almost a thing of the past with better ways of getting public school educated.(smile)
