For they pursue and persecute him whom You have smitten, and they gossip about those whom You have wounded, to their grief and pain., Psalm 69:26...sounds like the tabloid game...those who broadcast someone's walk of shame...live to sully a child of God's name...all in an effort to publicly defame. Whether motivated by vengeance or gain...not the victim but the perpetrators should be ashamed. The Bible proclaims...in Jesus Name...that "you reap what you sow"...eventually karma comes back, knocking at your door. So its best to think before...you go throwing...stones...getting your gossip girl on! Don't forget the One who sits on the throne...and promised to recompense His own...help em ride out the storm...then redirect it, in another form...blast His judgment horn...TMZ fans be warned...the Master possesses priceless information about you from the day you were born!
I have to confess that I am guilty of reading and spreading some of this gossip around. Sometimes it's so very hard to resist. God help me with my tongue.
