1. Inventory is not required to begin a Mary Kay business. Available to a new Independent Beauty Consultant whose Independent Beauty
Consultant Agreement is submitted and accepted by the Company from October 1 – 31, 2009, and in the month of October or November
submits a minimum initial Section 1 order of $1,334 suggested retail or higher (excluding shipping, handling and tax).
2. Discount only applies to Section 1 product order.
3. Refer to the Ready, Set, Sell! Inventory Options for New Consultants brochure for more information. Sales tax is required on the suggested retail
value of Section 1 products included in the bonus.
4. Retail-sized product in the Complete Success Kit is not intended to be purchased from the Company for resale and is for demonstration
purposes only. Should you start your business by Oct. 31, 2009, and elect not to take advantage of the initial inventory order special described
above, you may instead purchase the Complete Success Kit at an additional cost of $50 (plus shipping, handling and tax) by Dec. 31, 2009.
5. To receive the free personalized color look, a minimum wholesale Section 1 order of $600 or above must be received and accepted by the
Company within 15 calendar days of when the Independent Beauty Consultant Agreement is received and accepted by the Company. Sales tax
is required on the actual suggested retail value.
The Company grants all Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants a limited license to duplicate this document in connection with their Mary Kay businesses. This page should not be
