Greetings, all. I was sent this message. If you have a network on Ning or belong to any Ning networks, you need to see this.

Please note, I am not making any accusations, just sharing information you may find useful.

This forwarded from a message on another Ning...This person tried to become my friend and join the network here but I felt icky and denied them.

I'm not sure have you heard yet but Cari T, is a hacker and I have a Ning site and she managed to go around on a lot of ning sites with different names and make friends but she manage to take over my ning site he or she hacked into my info and I was unable to log in, this person also go by the name of Jen Thomas which is the same person and also fill their profile with tell you later in every field.

Please let your members know and also you may want to set your ning site to approve members before they join.

I had to just about delete all and leave all sites I was on.

It's horrible, also tell your creators dont acept Jen Thomas or Cari T as their friend or somehow they will become everybody's friend and take over. its happened to me two days ago and I was spreading the word, they knew my email address without me giving it to them which is very unsafe, you might want to bann them immediately and set your network to approve members first.

I also told other friends on Ning to go to www.ning.com and permanently remove those names, the person acts fast so you may want to ban them first because when you send a msg they will get it to. I believe its a hacker, dont accept Jen Thomas, Or Cari T. tell everyone. Thanks I hope that helps.
