After many failed attempts to lose my unwanted pounds, I decided to blog about it! Daily that is...Today, I'm 165lb and needing to get down to at least 138lb. Time is not important...As I now recognize that this is a process. Therefore, I plan to take my time...Exercise, and reduce portions.
Today, I completed the 2 mile walk away the pounds video by Leslie Sansone... And had a few pieces of fried chicken...OOPS...But I'll start again tomorrow..
