What is a Goal?- Personal Instructions for a Pre-Determined end Result.
Why should we have Goals?- Definite Plans Produce Definite Results....Indefinite thinking typically produces NO Results.
How Do we Set GOALS?
1) Be Specific- You Must have a Clear Idea Of what Actions need to be Taken
2) Measurable- You Must know when you Achieve Them
3)Challenging- You Must get out of your Comfort Zone To Grow
4) Timed- You must have a Completion Date
5) In Writing- If it's not on paper,It's a WISH,Not a GOAL. A GOAL gains strength every time you write it down.
6) Realistic- Possible for you to Reach
7) Motivating-Set GOALS you're Excited about Achieving!!
