As the end of the year approaches and the New year is soon upon us I can't help but do want we all do this time of the year REFLECT. In the moment it takes us to reflect on our Great, Bad, Joyful, Painful, Vindictive, Appreciating, Loving, Angry, and yes, the Happy moments, lets remember not only to give thanks but, also to forgive - ourselves as well as - others, so that the well wishes that we extend to others will be clean from any toxic from 2008.
I really pray that each and every one of you will be blessed this coming year, and that fear will be a thing of the past in all our lives. For we are all new creatures under Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5: 17-19, " Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. And all things are of God who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation."
The Lord's Prayer Says: forgive us as we forgive. We are always forgiven in the same measure that we forgive; so if we are to truly be free, first we need to free others from our hearts.
Matthew 5:23-24, " Therefore if you bring your gifs to the altar, and there remember that your brother has ought against you, leave your gifts before the alter, and go your way; first to reconciled to your brother, and come and offer your gifts."
So my beloved, as we reflect on 2008, let us Detox our Body, Mind, Heart and soul of any and all impurities that we may enjoy a Healthy, Prosperous and Happy New Year. That is my wish for all of you.
