I recently heard about a Judge in PA who raped his own daughter at a concert and was still permitted to set on the bench. This occurred less than 5 years ago. It is a true. I confirmed it. A security guard witnessed the incident and immediately reported it. The Judge was arrested and released on bail. He continued to serve on the bench after his arrest, however, eventually he was suspended, but get this, he was suspended with pay. He is now off the bench and listed as a s*x offender. What the hey! This is scary isn't it.
I am not in shock about anything these days, lok what is going on in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Judge Guolee, SOLD a black baby in court, to the rapist, and the mother, is being criminally prosecuted because she was trying to protect herself and the baby from harm

Well, our legal system operates on the basic premise that you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and being arrested and accused of a crime is not cause to be fired until the person is convicted. I do agree he should not be presiding over any criminal cases. There was always a chance he could be innocent and that is what kept him on the bench. Hope if he was proven guilty he is also off the bench and serving time.
