Obama's presidency/citizenship challenged in supreme court (case resurrected) (926 hits)

The US Supreme Court case was resurrected regarding Barack Obama's place of birth re Hawaii vs. Kenya and certification - electoral college certifies after December 5th, the day private discussion by the Justices is scheduled. I thought I would post below from the net:

"The case, unsuccessful at the state level, had been submitted to Justice David Souter, who rejected it. The case then was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas. The next line on the court's docket says: "DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008."

People need to get a life and leave Obama alone. I think it's really pathetic to question his birth origin.

the question is not considering Kenya at all..the question is complicated regarding Hawaii's statehood ..secondly what souce is that? you failed to cite the source "internet" is not an author!!anyway, a supporter who was born in Hawaii the same year has compared the birth certificate document to her own and the clerk's signature is the same. On the "American Thinker" site is a bunch of white , twisted thinking , conservative junk about this issue.. any intelligent person understands that he was "vetted" in order to run, please follow up with a blog correcting this or I will. OBAMANATION Time!!
