Job Summary
This position plays an important role in the execution and support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias (KSA) purchase of the THAAD missile defense system. This position will support the KSA Foreign Liaison Officer assigned in Huntsville AL by providing office manager and clerical support. KBR is looking for a person who is capable of bridging culture differences, able manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously, and has keen attention to detail. Typical daily duties include:
Scheduling meetings between the US Government and the FLO Office
Working with the KSA Embassy to process Foreign Visitor Requests
Coordinating facility maintenance activities
Helping coordinate travel for the FLO and staff
Pay monthly recurring costs and track monthly expenditures
Research and make special purchases

Roles and Responsibilities
Answering phones
Performing clerical tasks such as printing, copying, filing, and mailing documents
Scheduling and booking conference rooms
Coordinating special events and meetings
Preparing and reviewing correspondence and other executive documentation
Maintaining correspondence and visitor logs
Submitting and tracking foreign visitor requests
Coordinate, aid with, and support travel requirements
Prepare and maintain briefings, spreadsheets, and schedules
Coordinate and track external inquiries, suspense, and action items
Take minutes and/or action items during executive meetings as required
Conduct office management duties such as paying bills, purchasing admin supplies, and overseeing janitorial activities
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and organizations
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
High School Diploma and 6+ years experience or bachelors degree and relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
The ability to read, write, and translate documents from English to Arabic
Previous experience as an office manager
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Project Office
Previous experience drafting, submitting and tracking foreign visitor requests
An understanding of Arabic cultural norms
