Job Description
The Senior Manager will play an integral role in developing and rolling out a new standardized forecasting tool for all US brands. Reporting to the Associate Director Implementation Lead, this role bridges business needs, technical requirements, and effective end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and document existing forecasting models, summarizing strengths and improvement areas.
Support development of archetype forecasting models and functional requirements.
Collaborate with the vendor and internal stakeholders to validate model design and development.
Lead/contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet project goals.
Develop and deliver training content for US forecasters on new models and capabilities.
Facilitate office hours and provide ongoing user support post-implementation.
Help drive change management by communicating the value and new capabilities of the solution, focusing on new features (scenario, event, risk modeling, visualization).
Work closely with BTS and the vendor to ensure correct data connectivity and model integration.
Gather requirements for, and support the standardization of, visualizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; advanced degree a plus.
7-10 years' relevant experience in forecasting, analytics, finance, or consulting, with hands-on model development a strong advantage.
Experience supporting analytics/modeling system implementations preferred.
Project management experience with demonstrated results keeping complex initiatives on track.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams, influence without authority, and interact with both technical and business partners.
Comfort working with data, analytics, and visualization solutions.
