The Technician I position will be responsible for aiding value stream associates in maintaining lab cleanliness not only to team standards but to the standards of IDT as a company.

This position reports to the Supervisor for that shift, is part of the Commercial and Regulatory Practices value stream located in Coralville, IA and all work is performed on-site. Anticipated Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:30pm (weekend day)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Accurately use aids and work instructions to make decisions about proper production flow based on product type or services.

• Use a variety of lab equipment to process products including maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

• Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols in accordance with work instructions and Maintenance Connection software.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent

• Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• An associate degree or related education

• Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
