Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the Operations Support Team for Strategic Systems on our Integration Support Contract (ISC) at Hill AFB, UT. The selected applicant will support the Strategic Systems team as we seek to deliver a world-class capability for our client and their associated contractors. This position may perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Book travel for multiple divisions.

  • Collect receipts/process expense reports related to employee travel, overhead and employee morale events.

  • Process Invoices (bills), online payments & non-pro Invoice.

  • Book meeting rooms and common space conference rooms.

  • Distinguished visitor preparation support.

  • Backup Bus Ops functions as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • BS/BA 2 years experience.
  • AS/AA 4 years experience.
  • HS/GED 7 years' directly related customer service experience.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks with minimal to no supervision.

  • Superior experience with MS Office, Adobe, and other common applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • Must be committed to results and success in accomplishing goals, as well as a fast learner with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to emerging requirements.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload of self and others effectively.

  • Firm understanding of budgets, military culture and acquisition processes and the ability to obtain and retain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.

  • Preferred Education: bachelors degree.

  • Working knowledge of business processes (JIRA, procurement, KTA, Costpoint, Scheduling, etc.).

  • Work effectively with staff in other disciplines such as logistics, engineering, customer service, and finance superior analytic skills and attention to detail required analyzing products and applications to meet customer needs.



Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
