Job Description
Maintenance - St Louis, MO Maintenance- St. Louis, MO This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Job Summary: Under limited supervision, perform mechanical repairs or fabrication in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Conducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintains a safe work record.
Knowledge of drives, motors, sheaves and general mechanical operations
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery
Maintains a good attendance record
Work various shift lengths including weekends and holidays
Maintains good communication with all plant personnel. (Other shifts, departments and managers)
Ability to understand and perform assigned job tasks easily and independently while flexible enough to work in team settings.
Maintains good housekeeping and completes sanitation duties and paperwork as required.
Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual inspections, reporting any problems noted.
Willing to be trained to work various jobs within the facility
Maintain documentation required to perform job duties
May perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Training:
All required ADM safety, food safety, quality and environmental training
Participate in company planned operations training
Equipment training may include but not limited to JLG, forklift, Non-DOT truck, reach lift, etc

Use broom, shovel and others tools to complete assignments
