As a Cybersecurity Manager, Data Center Operations, you'll play a critical role in managing the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments. You'll lead a team of experienced professionals and work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions.

Job Description:
As an experienced Cybersecurity Manager, Data Center Operations, you will be responsible for managing the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments in accordance with all Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives. You will develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions for datacenter networks and environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions for datacenter networks and environments.
  • Manage subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Location:
  • This candidate shall be located within 50 miles of Vicksburg, MS.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Behavior Framework:

Education:
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience with a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in managing cybersecurity services for datacenter networks and environments.
  • Experience with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives.
Certifications:
  • DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Level 3 Certification within 6 months of starting position.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical skills in cybersecurity, including experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with system administration in Windows and/or Linux.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead a team of experienced professionals.


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Education:
      • Masters degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
    • Certifications:
      • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
      • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
      • Industry-recognized certificates in the field of expertise: CISSP, CCSP, AWS-SEC, MCASEA, GPEN.
    • Experience:
      • Experience with vulnerability scanning and testing tools, such as Burp suite, Rapid7 Insight VM, Tenable Nessus, and similar platforms.
      • Experience with Configuration Management/Document Management


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
