Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your 5+ years of experience to manage debt collection efforts with precision and professionalism Excel in managing time-sensitive tasks, meeting daily deadlines without compromising on accuracy or quality Utilize your strong analytical and investigative skills to thoroughly research, track, and resolve accounts Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, resolving disputes while maintaining positive, long-term relationships Collaborate with team members to brainstorm strategies, share insights, and continuously improve our debt collection practices
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience: 5+ years in debt collection, where you've honed your ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and manage multiple accounts efficiently Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe, and adaptable to evolving software tools and technology Meticulous work ethic: Detail-oriented with the ability to stay productive under pressure while meeting deadlines Strong communicator: Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients, team members, and stakeholders Interpersonal skills: Able to connect with others, working independently or contributing to team goals in a collaborative and supportive environment Growth mindset: Eager to stay ahead of the curve, embracing new technologies and software to enhance your performance and results
