@Miisrael Your Show Love Psychology really worked out for me today. I was angry as hell today, because my retirement check was missing from my account. I didn't let my anger effect my interaction with other people, because people meet anger with anger and frowns with frowns. I put on my exaggerated smile and projected friendliness to everyone. I even told a person that if it sounds like I'm not in a good mood it's because of such and such and not to take it personal. I kept telling myself Show love, show love. I feel so much better.

@Hello Helen, its tough sometimes not to ever get angry. However, because you showed love your angry feelings subsided to allow love to show through your inner conscious. Most times it works perfectly if its permitted to flow....
Yeah anger is sometimes designed to cause you to self-destruct, like in the case of Sandy. I say designed because a lot of prejudice people will intentionally set you up in situations causing anger. They see the anger transmitted through your eyes. Is it just me, I can’t understand why every time I get my eyes examine for glasses I end up with a pair that has the Bifocal lines off centered. Am I supposed to go around looking cockeyed? The White optometrist gets upset because I won’t let them put some drops in my eyes to dilate them. Better to be safe than sorry. What’s up with so many Blacks getting those colored eye contacts, don't they know they making people think they waking up.

Many of those contacts are wild with color, and I tend to think they have a hypnotic effect. They are not for everyone that's for certain. The eyes are the light of the body as the scriptures convey them. Why have such kind of colors in your eyes and body that are not natural is question I would ask? To me they deter the LIGHT of the Lord that should be seen in your eyes. His light in your eyes are with lovely colors in which he makes it glorious to look in your eyes!
