Peaceful words and actions are centered in meditation to God. Without these in your lifestyle with others words can easily enter to disrupt a meditation to become less pleasing before the Lord.
Think on this: I will mediate God's peace and my lifestyle is guided by His own peace to center me with pleasing Him accordingly.
