BETTER BREAKFAST MONTH (209 hits)

Those who eat breakfast also display a better start to their day! September has been designated as Better Breakfast Month and it's encouraging to eat better each day especially starts to your mornings. Skipping breakfast will tend to cause you eat more and burn less calories. Making breakfast part of your routine is down right making good choices to your eating habits.

To make a better breakfast make sure you have a balance breakfast
with juice, cereal, fruit and milk. Breakfast can be nutritious and making a better breakfast will only take "YOU" making a habit of eating the first meal of the day. Make breakfast better by eating breakfast everyday all month long.

Eating better..
