Think on the Lord by holding your pointed finger to your temple gently.
Take deep breaths then shaking your legs one at a time..
Lunge and skip ...
Stop and stand still.
Reach arms to the side and inside start your prayer...
Fold your hands together. Reach them up and then lower them.
Keep your thoughts on the Lord on High.
These steps are a praise and meditation. You may add your own expression of thoughts. Your spirit will guide you to your own meditated move.
"And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they live to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of streets that they may be seen by me....
But when you pray, go into your room and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew: 6: 5-6
Take moments of liturgical prayers of dance and expression. The meditation will come from the room in your heart.
"Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be accepted in thy sight O' God my strength and my redeemer. Psalm: 19:14
