HOW WILL EDUCATION, VOTERS' RIGHTS, RACIAL PROFILING, HEALTHCARE, OR ... INSPIRE YOU TO VOTE THIS YEAR? (1597 hits)

Advocates, Family, and Friends,

Imagine America's future if 100% of NAACP members vote in this election.

We want to share this vision of America with the country, but our graphic designers need your help. The graphic is just a blank computer screen until we hear from you on what issues matter most.

So whether it is health care, ending racial profiling, education, or the economy, think about what moves you to cast a ballot in this election and tell us now:

When I vote, I'm thinking about an America with universal access to healthcare, without the practices of mass incarceration, and an end to racial profiling. I also want to see an increase in access to education so we can end economic disparity.

I'm sure you have your own reasons, and we'd love to hear them. After finding out what drives NAACP supporters to vote, we'll send you the graphic so you can share it with your family and friends.

I know an America with every NAACP supporter voting would be a wonderful place. Share your thoughts so we can complete our graphic today:

Thank you,

Marvin Randolph
Senior Vice President for Campaigns
NAACP

P.S. Text "vote" to 62227 to stay up-to-date on our This is My Vote campaign.

Passing the wisdom,

Agnes, just the fact that so many of my people was denied the right to vote is enough to inspire me to vote.

Hello Ms. Dorothy Johnson,

The acknowledgment that your people (Black Americans) were denied the right to vote it is clear that we are inferior people to the superior White American people since they are the ones making the decisions that affect our lives. Am I making any sense so far?

Consequentially, if you were wise and smart you would want to be in a situation where you and our people would have absolute sovereignty over our own lives and it is this thought that should inspire you rather than the inspiration to vote in White America's system because we were once denied to vote.
In other words, what should inspire you is to desire that we have our hands on the wheels of our own destiny and that is going to happen in my lifetime as it happened for the children of Israel in the lifetime of Prophet Moses.

Tell me if I said something wrong and if I said something right then please congratulate me.
