The national spelling bee was held in Oxon, Md this year with its endless list of words to spell and only one got to take home the big prize and the money! Four-teen year old Snigdha Nandipati was this year's champion speller when she stood and with easy letters spelling out "Q U E T A P E N S" Not only did she spell it out it also made her the champ. Standing calmly the youngster was almost in awe of realizing her winning word would be an ambush of her take home prize! The largest prize ever... Totaling 40,000 cash and prizes! Congratulations!
