Innovative Schooling In Uncertain Times: High School Teacher Training Sessions for Parents (557 hits)
There are two tracks available—“High School at Home: The Basics” and “High School at Home: The Next Step.” Several dates are available with the next session scheduled for April 1, 2011 (registration deadline is March 23) covering topics such as High School Transcript and Recordkeeping Clinic and Important Pit Stops During High School. Space on each date is limited so check your calendars, and invite your spouse or a friend to come along with you.
Does the thought of homeschooling your teens excite you or make you wobbly? Would you like the opportunity to gather information about teaching high school while spending time with two veteran homeschool moms who can relate to you and who are eager to answer your questions? HSLDA cordially invites you to attend its 2011 High School Teacher Training Programs.
Becky Cooke and Diane Kummer, HSLDA High School Coordinators, have designed two programs to help you teach your teens:
I. High School at Home: The Basics and
II. High School at Home: The Next Step During each program, Becky or Diane presents three seminars and provides time to answer your questions. You may select one or both programs to attend. Each program will be offered two times during 2011 so that you may choose a date that is most convenient for you.
