Voices From the Race (177 hits)


The New York Times asked voters in the Boston area their thoughts on the special election and who they were supporting. Excerpts of their answers, provided here, reflect the sense that the election was not just about the specific candidates (Scott Brown, the Republican who won the race, and Martha Coakley, the Democrat), but also about Congressional efforts to overhaul health care and other national issues.
